Consequently, awareness of local planning policies becomes essential.

Therefore, investors often study long-term development plans before purchasing land.

    Although undeveloped land has lower maintenance requirements, ownership still involves expenses. Property taxes, legal fees, and occasional maintenance costs may apply. Therefore, investors should ensure they can comfortably hold the asset for many years. Effective financial planning helps prevent premature sales during unfavorable market conditions.

    Land banking offers several strategic advantages. First, it requires less ongoing management than rental properties. There are no tenants, lease agreements, or routine repairs. Second, the investment can benefit from regional growth trends. Third, undeveloped land provides flexibility.
